ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We hope you’ll love everything you receive but in the event you need a different size, style, or want to return the item for a refund or store credit, we are here to help.

please email deborahkents@aol.com to let us know what didn’t work for you and if you’d like to exchange for a different size. Please include your name and phone number in the returned package.

*buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Online and mail orders that are returned or exchanged must be received in-store within 30 days after shipment. Please request an exchange or refund as soon as possible in order to meet our 30 day policy.

*Deborah Kent’s will not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Merchandise discounted below 75% off is non-refundable.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. We reserve the right to deny a refund based on the condition or the tardiness of the returned merchandise.

No returns on special orders.

Once we receive the item in unworn condition back in store with us we will refund your original payment method.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Full-price merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days provided the items are unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by the sales receipt.

After 30 days, refunds or store credit will not be accepted.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by carriers. We use UPS or USPS depending on cost/destination

Please take into account next day arrival for next day air shipping is only guaranteed when ordered before 1pm Atlantic time Monday - Thursday.

Orders that are placed between Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours pending availability and payment verification. This excludes holidays. Orders that are placed on Friday after 4:00pm AST, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday. Current Free US shipping promotion includes the continental US only.

Unfortunately, sometimes things sell out in our physical store before we're able to process online orders. *We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after they have been delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Deborah Kent’s does ship internationally. However, please be aware that we do not cover duty. If you have any questions, check with your country's laws and regulations.

*No free shipping on international orders or returns.

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED

Online payments will be made through PayPal accepting all major credit cards. If you’d like to pay over the phone with a credit card in lieu of PayPal please give us a call 813-259-1150

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return/exchange policy on all new unworn merchandise accompanied with a receipt not otherwise stated as “final sale”. Any garment that shows sings of wear will not be returned.

*All SALE items that are 75% off or more are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.
