Online returns and exchanges

Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date. To start a return or exchange, email deborahkents@aol.com or call (813) 259-1150 and let us know what didn’t work.

Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached and the receipt included. Please include your name and phone number in the package and send it to Deborah Kent’s, 2120 S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Suite A, Tampa, FL 33629.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return arrives in the condition described, we refund your original form of payment. We may decline returns that arrive worn or after 30 days.

Returns in the boutique

Full-price pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, unworn and in original condition, with tags attached and the receipt. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or store credit.

Final sale

Items marked 75% off or more, and special orders, are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

Shipping

Domestic orders ship for a flat $15 by UPS or USPS. Orders placed Monday to Friday usually ship within one business day, pending availability and payment verification, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4pm ET on Friday, or over the weekend, ship the following Monday.

Next-day air delivery is guaranteed only for orders placed before 1pm ET, Monday to Thursday.

Our pieces sell in the boutique and online, so occasionally an item sells out before your order is processed. If that happens, we will email you right away. If you are looking for a piece that is out of stock, call or email the boutique.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

International shipping

We ship internationally for a flat $75, applied at checkout once you enter your address. Duties and taxes are not included, so please check your country’s import rules. International returns are shipped at the buyer’s expense.

Payment

Online payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe and accept all major credit cards. To pay by card over the phone, call (813) 259-1150. In the boutique we accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.

Privacy

We never share your personal information with outside parties. Newsletter subscribers hear about new arrivals, events and sales, and can unsubscribe at any time.

Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 5:30pm. Closed Sunday. For holiday hours, please call the boutique.
